Welcome to the magical world of misos.
Join me in my class at the Community Kitchen in Brighton where i will introduce you to what koji is, how to use it with its endless possibilities and let me help you make your first misos to take home!
The workshop includes some warm amazake welcome drink, a lovely fermentation-based lunch and many, many delicious tasters of the never-ending land of misos.
