About the event

So we are getting a half pig. Alison is the sausage QUEEN so we will be going to make some outstanding ones. Like lobster and belly for posh people. Morcilla for Spanish lovers. Pulled pork with brat for real meat lovers. Some brain and Parmesan for cultural weird ones. If you ain't like any of these u can hang out with Kat's vegan tempeh and lion's main sausage- just for good veggie proteins. Plenty of unique and weird pickles n ferments will be available, just like Kat's special selection of nowaste fat miso dips and nibs. If u have a sweet tooth - get prepared for a yubeshu chocolate sausage . come and say hi if you are cool enough :)
