About the event
Welcome back Wexford, I was missing you, Ireland!
So my wonderful friend Theresa Keane and I decided to play around again at this time of the year. We put food waste at the forefront this time, hand in hand with fermentation, of course, and foraging. Just as usual, we will ferment, taste and enjoy while discussing the never-ending possibilities by using very handy microbes.
Join us to our workshop, micro forage and unique dining experience in the lovely Irish countryside.
The price is 85 euros per head.
