Wild Food Banquet

Welcome to my weird and wonderful brain. After several nights i dreamed this menu to showcase my imagination to you, how delicious wild food can possibly be.

My work is highly connected to fermentation and also foodwaste - so be prepared for a quite unique experience.

I have the option of modifying the menu to vegetarian if necessary, but unfortunately, I can't accommodate any other dietary requirements because the amount of work i need to put into all.

Its a bring your own booze party BUTT! i will offer some homemade wild n wicked drinks, cocktails, wild wines, medicinal potions and infused spirits if you fancy entering the world of unknown flavours. Drinks are priced separately and paid on the scene during dinner.
